For us, it’s all about flavour, craftsmanship and curiosity. Joachim is a true craftsman. He has a keen eye for the produce and makes almost everything himself. From homemade sauces to house-made charcuterie: it all starts with the right ingredients, patience and craftsmanship!
We draw inspiration from the seasons and from what the region has to offer. But we also keep an open mind to the rest of the world. This combination results in dishes that may feel familiar, yet always have a surprising twist.

We seek out characterful terroir wines that complement Joachim’s dishes. We have a wide selection of wines by the glass, or you can choose a lovely bottle from our wine list. As we’re always on the lookout for new and surprising wines, our wine list changes regularly.
We price our wines with a fixed mark-up on the purchase price, so that exceptional wines can be enjoyed at a fair price.

Hidden gem! It's tucked away at a roundabout right next to the highway. But once you're inside, you're in for a treat. In terms of decor, staff, and quality. Enjoy a six-course meal, with highlights including sea bream/shrimp ravioli with beurre blanc and duck (leg in particular) with a vadouvan-based sauce. Accompanied by two excellent wines from a fine wine list that is reasonably priced (if you know and appreciate the quality). We will definitely be back!
