Joachim Müller has cooked at restaurants such as Restaurant Seinpost in Scheveningen, Restaurant Le Garage in Amsterdam, and Castell d'Emporda in La Bisbal, Spain. Joachim now cooks in his own style: flavorful and with respect for the product. I prepare my dishes with attention and love for my profession.
